Job: Contract Manager / Senior Project Manager

Commercial construction firm located in Louisiana whose experience covers a range of project types including: Commercial, Educational, Financial, Healthcare, Industrial, Religious, Retail, and Design/Build is searching for Project Managers on multiple levels to join their team with an excellent opportunity to significantly grow with the company.

The ideal Candidate will possess the following:

• General Commercial Construction Experience – 5 to 10 years plus
• Multiple projects of significant size and value
• Good tenure with reputable companies
• Good communication skills
• Bachelors Degree or similar work experience
• Assist preconstruction
• Manage project cost
• Manage all subcontract and purchase order agreements
• Work with project team on scheduling, performance, direction, etc…
• Direct, train, supervise, and manage all Project Engineering functions (RFI’s, Submittals, Document Control, Etc..)

Project list/experience should consist of a good, well-rounded history with projects ranging from $5 to $10MM upwards of $40 to $50 MM plus.
